Zuni Eagle Dancer Bolo Tie by John Lucio Silversmith Turquoise MOP Coral inlay on Sterling Silver

Old Zuni Multi-Stone Inlay Sterling Silver Eagle Dancer Bolo Tie, hallmarked J Lucio by renowned artist JOHN LUCIO. John Lucio began his career as a silversmith later on in life. He was born in 1919 and didn't start making jewelry until the early 1950s. He's known for his inlay work, especially eagle dancers, which he applied to bracelets, bolo ties, etc. This colorful Eagle dancer pendant / pin was crafted in channel inlaid fashion and adorn with hogan buttons and twisted wire. John used turquoise, white shell, mother of pearl (MOP), jet, and coral to craft this dancer. Exceptional stones and inlay work in traditional Zuni fashion.
